One of the most valuable tools to achieve your dreams is to create a vision for your life. It is inspirational and serves as your image of the future – with tangible examples, ideas or representations of where you are going. The life vision will represent your dreams, your goals, and your ideal life. You will:
  • Clarify your life vision.
  • ​Articulate your bigger mission. 
  • ​Set growth goals based on your unique strengths and values.
You’ll have a clear action plan to achieve any life vision — so that when your life or goals change, so can your vision.

Rituals

Rituals and routines do not have to be complicated or boring. They contribute to increased energy, vitality, and well-being. We feel empowered by choices, actions, habits, and a lifestyle that matches our dreams and purpose.
Establish rituals and rhythms so you beam with energy, sharpen your focus, reduce irritability and indecisiveness. Your mornings will be meaningful and productive, and you'll have time to exhale, disconnect and savour your evenings. You’ll also learn how to:
  • Understand the power of daily rhythm and routines and daily self-care. 
  • Create an evening routine. You will develop an evening routine that will promote deep sleep and relaxation and more energy to tackle the day ahead. 
  • ​Create a morning routine. You will develop a morning routine that energizes you and you will learn how to create clear boundaries around it so you can follow through daily. You will make a special space just for you to start your day on the right foot. 
  • You will develop a one-year self care plan beyond the morning and evening routine (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly self-care targets).
No matter how much time you have available, you will execute simple and effective rituals and routines that will energize you without feeling overwhelmed.

Finding Your Voice

Our limiting beliefs and our mindset hold us back from setting healthy boundaries with ourselves and others.
Radically transform & unburden your mind from unconscious beliefs like scarcity, frustration, guilt and fear to clarity, gratitude, empowerment and abundance. You’ll also:
  • Uncover and purge the thoughts that continually undermine your dreams and goals and hold you back from expressing your needs.
  • ​Release negative feelings of shame, blame, and guilt to elevate your vibration.
  • ​End the legacy of deprivation. Know your worthiness.
  • ​Let go of false beliefs and negative feelings around self-care: letting go of guilt, worry, and the belief that self-care is selfish, needs a lot of time and money.
  • ​Reframe such mind traps as resentfulness, regrets, blame, comparing, negativity and perfectionism.
Know how to recognise and reframe limiting beliefs that keep you stuck and find your voice so you can get what you want without effort.
